About Us

Mitti | मिट्टी - the Hindi word for “soil” - our name, our origin, and our promise.

Born from the magic dust of South Asia and hand-poured in Delaware, USA, Mitti Parfum is a tribute to where we come from and who we are becoming.

We grew up with the scent of petrichor after a long summer drought… incense curling through ancestral homes… sweet lime on fingertips during festivals. And now, we walk coastal paths in the U.S., where the sea breeze carries its own kind of memory - soft, salty, and windswept.

Mitti Parfum exists in this In-Between:
Between continents, Between centuries, Between ancestral roots and modern rituals.

Each bottle holds a story.

Our Ethos

At Mitti Parfum, we create small-batch, artisanal perfumes using rare, high-quality ingredients, ethically sourced, and alchemized with care. Our work is rooted in:

• Heritage & Craftsmanship – Preserving South Asian storytelling through scent
• Love & Memory – Evoking joy, connection, and emotion in every bottle
• Luxury & Purity – A commitment to excellence, without compromise
• Meaning Over Trend – We don’t chase trend, we honor meaning

Meet Ridhima - The Founder

I have always been drawn to the invisible to the quiet, unspoken things that live between people, places, and time. Before I was the founder of Mitti Parfum, I was a writer of feelings, a collector of memories that couldn’t be captured in words alone.

Fragrance became my way of holding on. To moments. To home. To the gentle rituals that shaped me, cardamom simmering in morning chai, the rose oil my father dabbed behind his ears, the scent of earth rising after the first rain in Delhi.

With Mitti Parfum, I am not building a brand. I am building a bridge..between generations, between lands, between all the versions of who we are and who we’ve been.

Every bottle is my love letter to South Asia.
Every fragrance, a story waiting to be worn. Neerav and I started here.

Meet Neerav - The Perfumer

My story begins in a sun-warmed kitchen, where my mother stirred spices like they were poetry each pinch of saffron or dash of cardamom chosen with care, with love.
I inherited more than a love for cooking, I inherited a sensitivity to the unseen, the ability to feel flavor before it hit the tongue, to know scent not as a thing but as a moment.

As a child, I would spend quiet hours in the corner of my room, where a small desk slowly transformed into my sanctuary: vials scattered like thoughts, scent strips curling like poetry, the hum of old Bollywood songs drifting in the background.

Inspired by the rains I waited for every June, the scent of my grandmother’s dupatta, the sweetness of lime peels on hot stone. My fragrances aren’t made in silence. They are whispered into being.. layer by layer..

For me, perfumery is not a profession.
It’s a way of remembering. Of honoring what’s fleeting. Of turning emotion into something you can hold.

A glimpse into my 200 year old heritage that we tried to preserve.
