The Story Behind Our Logo
It began as a vision last year..
Neerav wanted a logo that wasn’t just beautiful but meaningful. Something that didn’t just represent Mitti Parfum, but embodied it.
Not a trend. Not a sleek typeface.
But something sacred. Symbolic. A mark that could belong to a lineage.
I took that vision and, through my design lens, began to sketch it into form - a crest, a coat of arms, a modern heirloom. What followed was a long, passionate dance between detail and restraint.
We created many versions - some ornate and intricate, others bold but too busy. Each one was close… but not it.
Until finally, this came to life.
The Tigers - Strength, Grace, Protection
Two tigers face one another proud, powerful, watchful.
They symbolize courage, duality, and guardianship.
For us, they are the keepers of our craft protecting our heritage and artistry. They also represent duality of maker and muse, of Neerav & Ridhima, heritage & modernity.
The Sun - Light, Divinity, Awakening
At the top of our insignia sits the sun, a timeless symbol of illumination, warmth, and life.
The Lotus - Purity, Rebirth, Beauty
Nestled between the tigers, the lotus blooms - a sacred flower , also India's national flower that rises from the mud unstained.
For us, it reminds us that beauty can be born from struggle. That even in chaos, fragrance can rise.
But there’s more than meets the eye here…
Hidden in Plain Sight: OM
When the sun above and the 'M' below come together, they quietly mirror the shape of ॐ (Om) — the sacred vibration, the sound of creation in Hindu philosophy.
This subtle reference wasn’t by chance. It was our way of honoring the spiritual stillness from which creativity emerges, the unseen energy that guides the hand, the heart, and the nose.
An Ancestral Crest, Reimagined
The very structure of our logo is inspired by a 200-year-old family insignia from Neerav’s lineage. We didn’t want something invented fitting into the modern space, we wanted something remembered.
Something that could have lived in a perfumer’s journal from generations ago - and yet, still feel timeless.
Why a Coat of Arms?
Because we never wanted to build a “brand.”
We wanted to build a legacy.
This emblem is not just a logo. It’s a story in symbols.
A tribute to craftsmanship, family, culture, and the art of remembering.
It’s the seal that marks every bottle of Mitti Parfum - a quiet promise that what’s inside is made with reverence, by hand, and with soul.
Love and Light,
Ridhima
