SHIPPING POLICY

Alcohol based products like perfume (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne, and Perfume/ Extrait) can only ship within the continental U.S. using ground shipping methods.

We ship via USPS Ground which can take from 2-10 days to reach you.

We typically ship items within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. During busier times of the year, exceptions may occur.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping disruptions may occur.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

We ship via USPS, an independent postal service over which we have no direct control. While we endeavor to ensure timely and secure delivery, factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or operational challenges within USPS may affect the delivery process resulting in loss, theft, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the products. We kindly request understanding that once the products have been dispatched by us, we shall not be held liable for any damages nor shall we accept chargebacks, for the loss, theft, mis-delivery, or non-delivery of goods.
