What does ''Ruh'' mean?
Ruh (रूह) is Hindi/Urdu word that translates to “soul” or “spirit.” It speaks to the deepest part of us the unseen, the eternal, the essence of who we are.
Note from the Perfumer: Ruh is 'Soulful Essence'.
Ruh delves deep into the heart. This fragrance doesn’t speak first, it lingers. Soft, soulful, and slow to bloom, Ruh stays close to the skin, waiting to be discovered in moments of closeness and stillness. With grounding notes of saffron and sandalwood wrapped in rose and vanilla, Ruh evokes a love that is both timeless and tender. It’s the warmth of a lover’s sweater. The memory of a touch. A whisper of the soul.

A journe filled with color and play.Just amazing.
I bought 3 bottles - 2 of Ruh for my friend and I - and Virasat plus got a travel size of Shikara. All 3 are so divine but Ruh blows my mind as someone into niche perfumery and who has smelled a lot of fragrances. It's truly an S tier fragrance and the pricing for the quality you get is unbeatable. It's a wonderful fragrance for fall/winter weather!
My personal favorite is Mohey but I purchased Ruh to give as a gift for my daughter. I like the scent and think it will suit her. I’ll let you know how she likes it!
Cozy and fuzzy like my best sweater 🥰🫶🏽
Let customers speak for us
from 38 reviewsI ordered the discovery set and instantly fell in love, but Shikara completely stole the show. It’s elegant, smooth, and beautifully balanced — the kind of scent that feels luxurious without trying too hard. There’s something effortlessly refined about it that makes it wearable for both everyday moments and special occasions. The craftsmanship truly shows in the depth and longevity. Rani Pink is stunning as well, but Shikara is the one I keep reaching for. Absolutely full-bottle worthy.
Bitter orange and sparkling lime give way to a delicate jasmine. It warms up and gets deeper as the pachouli peaks through. Enchanting!
Virasat is an all- time favorite. Wonderfully lasting, reminiscent of the best nag champa.
These are some of the most unique scented perfumes. The deliberate selection of notes is not overwhelming with a large bloat list of notes that get lost on the skin. I can smell each one and the combinations a fantastic, crisp, clean, not chemicals, artificial. I do not get a headache from the scent left on the skin. They are all definitely unique not like the overly done vanilla or Tonka leather cherry that’s being mass produced in most perfumes. I wore each scent for a week before I made my choice. Definitely worth the price without a doubt. I think I found my new favorite. I discovered you through a perfume connoisseur on TikTok. Mr. and Mrs. sniff
Rani Pink is sensational! Such a beautifully unique scent that sparks joy. I often remind myself that I am every age I have ever been, and this playful yet sophisticated scent is the embodiment of that sentiment. Next on my wish list is Shikara!
I was so excited to receive my sample set of these gorgeous little liquid arts, and they didn’t disappoint. Each one is different but beautiful, and all are complex and unusual enough to keep me constantly sniffing myself as I sample them. I’m not sure which is my favorite yet, but I will definitely be buying at least one full size perfumes. Exquisite!
Mohey is not my typical scent profile but it was my favorite in the discovery set. It's earthy, soulful, gentle, nostalgic, comforting and perfectly blended. It reminds me of a walk in the forest on a balmy evening. Mohey is warm without sweetness, sweet without sugar & wonderfully unique.
I love Mohey. The petrichor fragrance brings back memories of sitting on my grandmother's porch swing in deep central Kentucky as the smell of wet earth and lush plants released with the first heavy drops of rain fell from the hollow below. The lime is subtle and adds a nice brightness to the cozy warmth of the base notes. I truly love it.
Just got my nose on this today and WOW! THIS is a unique scent profile. The clove note is so well done. It's there but as a supporting note, not the main character. The berries last for hours and the drydown to vanilla and cedar wood evolve slowly so you get a good long evolution. Even though this is a bubble gum fragrance it is a sophisticated gourmand and works well for all seasons.
Virasat by Mitti Parfum is one of those rare perfumes that doesn’t try to impress you instantly — instead, it grows on you quietly, layer by layer.
The first thing I noticed was how natural the fragrance feels. There’s nothing synthetic or harsh about it. It opens softly, settles beautifully, and stays close to the skin in a very elegant way. This isn’t a perfume that wants to dominate a room — it wants to belong in it. That alone makes it stand out in today’s world of overpowering scents.
What I truly admire is the philosophy behind the brand. “Mitti” meaning soil isn’t just a name — it’s clearly a concept they’ve carried into the perfume itself. Virasat feels rooted, warm, and familiar, almost like the scent equivalent of sitting in your grandparents’ home, surrounded by calm conversations and unspoken love.
There’s a strong sense of Indian heritage in this fragrance, but it’s presented in a very refined, modern way. It respects tradition without feeling stuck in the past. You can wear it to work, to family occasions, or even casually, and it always feels appropriate. It gives off a clean, confident, and composed aura.
What makes Virasat special is that it feels made with intention. You can tell it’s coming from a family-driven business that values craftsmanship over mass production. There’s heart in this perfume, not just formulation.
If you’re looking for a scent that represents culture, family roots, and authenticity — something that feels personal rather than commercial — Virasat is absolutely worth experiencing.
